Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at our Help & Questions page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
